I'm horribly depressed but not suicidal right now.

Happier than I've been in years for two days

When you begin feeling suddenly happy and very suicidal, it could potentially be a sign that you're very close to killing yourself, because you're realizing your days of suffering are very close to being all over over soon. You've come to terms with offing yourself.

You will also realize that this happiness might end and you'll fear going back to depression again, which is another reason you're suicidal, potentially.

If you really do feel this way, it'd be a good idea to get help right now, as happiness and suicidalness certainly don't make a good combination for long.
