SSDI if you have worked idiot. If you haven't worked, you just get SSI. There are some cases where your SSDI could be lower than SSI, in which case you also get SSI which bumps you up to whatever SSI pays, which is around $730 I think. I'm on SSDI and get $1k/mo. Just apply for SSDI if you're not sure.
