One step forward, six steps back roboto. How ya coping, fellas?

Started wanting to get fit back in April. I bulged my disc due to bad form found it was due to my knees being out if alignment because if my femurs being rotated. I don't know where to go to get surgery on my legs no doctor thinks it's a big deal and I'm born with it. Been thinking of buying a gun this year if I can't get it fixed. And we'll rest is obvious

Been pretty depressed lately. Feeling a little better because I have a three day weekend and got to see a friend tonight, but still generally bored and unmotivated about everything. Really need to break out of this slump.

A lot of ortho surgery can go bad anyway senpai. Had a friend really screw up their knees from surgery. How is the disc? Is there other exercise you can do? Runnermode is better than nothing.

Ive been trying to get in shape to ride my bike more this year when the snow melts. Mountain biking is one of the only things I truly enjoy. Its too strenuous and fast paced to think about shit which is nice. I havent ridden for two or three years now and its had me pretty disappointed in myself.
