Well, I think that really depends. I think, yes, overall that's a positive thing. That you're not dead and you didn't everything means there's still room for improvement and your life might get better, there are feelings (bad and good) that you still get to experience. I don't necessarily think it's good though; why is it a good thing that you're still alive? It's just a thing.

Nothing good at all happened besides that? At all? Well, it's okay, I guess. I think it helps me when I'm feeling cynical to find some kind of daily happiness since it seems even brighter in the rest of my garbage day, but that's just a personal response.
