Home schooling definitely. I've seen a lot of cases where bullying has actually made someone a better person. Never met a normal person that was home schooled.

Neither, if you have the Chad genes you can probably stand up to bullying or be the bully yourself.

Homeschooling shelters you from the world and may gives you shit social skills, but that assumes you don't have any friends in the neighbourhood or from earlier years, which a born Chad probably has.

If you're a Robot you're already fucked, the upbringing only enhance your fucked up condition but does not create it. That said, I belive Homeschooling has a higher chance of crippling you further.
