I'll be honest, my body is probably already totally fucked after the years of abuse I've put it though. I am due a blood test for other reasons soon so I'll see about checking that out.

But on the other hand, I can gain muscles without taking any sort of steroids or anything. The reason gymtards take proteins (especially whey) is to elevate their IGF-1 levels. Hell, some ultra fags take GH and/or IGF-1 hormones directly from a syringe for maximum gains.

In fact, I'm quite muscular despite never having visited a gym in my entire life. Must be genetic because my father is the same (though he doesn't have acne).

On another note, the only thing that has made a slight difference regarding my acne is religiously avoiding any sorts of soaps and cremes and gels on my body, not sure why that is.

I do shower every day (sometimes twice a day), but I stopped using soap a while back. I use a sponge instead to get rid of the dirt. I'm not stinky or dirty at all and I use deodorant.
