I am going to assume that all of this is replaced magically as it is used up, so I immediately put all my clothes, car and bike up for sale on craigslist. Next I make an appointment with a local doctor so I can fake being sick and get free medications that I then sell to college kids.

That's basically what happened to me. For years I put money in the stock market which went up like crazy, and then I realized about 2 years ago that I had enough money to cover like 50 years of living expenses. So I retired.

I basically went full NEET. What happens is that I start getting fascinated with various things, and I just pursue them. Like for example playing around with composing music. It's never anything that pays money, but it's fun to do.
