I have managed to maintain a state of chubby even though I've spent the last 8 years being a shut-in. Not exercising at all just sitting at my PC all day. I would probably be morbidly obese if I didn't hate soda and sweet/sugary things. I also pretty much never have fast food which I'm also sure has helped out tremendously. I just drink water and I'm a simple meat and potato with some greens kind of person.

I'm not trying to say that I'm healthy because I'm not. I'm pretty sure I'm a prime candidate for heart disease or some other kind of cancer due to my sedentary lifestyle. But hey, it could be worse.
