I used to love meat as well. In fact, here in eastern europe we have a food that's like a shell made of potatoes and meat inside, it's the most delicious thing in here.
I feel a little better overall, I have more energy mostly because I eat a shit ton of fruits because they're so tasty.
I still think of meat sometimes though

I don't think I would become vegetarian, it's something cultural. Last night I ate what we call in Argentina a "potato cake", which is mashed potatoes and mince in between with lots of spices.
I always feel full of energy after eating fruits, it also lifts my mood if it's a shitty day.

It's not necessarily cultural, my family and everyone I know eats meat. Also potato cake sounds something that we eat here.

I take fish oil whenever I get my hands on that from time to time, but I used to take them before too.
I've been to the doctor's recently and they said everything's normal with me, I guess because I eat lots of fruits and they have vitamins in them. But now I also take sport supplements so I'm not sure if that'd count as vitamins.

I think vegetarians don't eat meat and vegans don't eat anything that animals produce (dairy, eggs etc). I can't go full vegan right now because it's expensive but I guess my health is more valuable idk
