Turn on the shower, close your eyes and just listen to the water drip onto the shower floor and then just take a shower. When I'm freaking out it always helps me. That and taking night walks.

Crossed the last line against God today. I feel my heart becoming hard. I feel like I am damned.

My spirituality is the last bit of humanity I have left. I have suffered many breakdows before, most of which were during pychadelic trips. I am not new to this, but my coping mechanisms are running dry and I felt like posting here is the only comforting thing at the moment
