If you get diagnosed with aspergers or shit like that will it fuck me up on the job market?
I have a friend who's on the spectrum and it didn't hold him back from a good job. Just don't mention it in the interview, you should be ok

In the US? You should get it diagnosed.
Businesses don't have the right to go through your medical record without your permission, and that is a very rare thing they ask for since it's not a part of the regular background check.
The only reason your employers should ever know about your condition is if you disclose it to them, and you should only do that under two conditions:
1. You already have the job
2. Your condition hurts the quality of the time spent working
If you're sensitive to loud noises, don't want to interact with people very much, don't want to talk, etc, then you should tell them.
You should tell them the day you think you need to. Disability is one of the few areas where the law is completely on the worker's side.
You don't have to tell.
Good luck!
