How do I develop a poker face, robots?

But sometimes grinning is the problem. Sometimes when I'm supposed to frown I grin, or when I'm supposed to grin I roll my eyes, stuff like that.

I'm reactive and very easy to read. I'd like to fix that. I've been trying to find "poker face" videos on YouTube but all that comes up is lady gaga.
