1. Because there are always exceptions to the rule. I've been a fat ass my whole life and don't work. My wife of 9 years is 5'4 always floating around 103 and is toned where her work is a power plant. She loves me, finds me charming, and we have sex very regularly. You ask the cashier why he gets to buy it and the cashier just states "his money must have been better" or that "he found the one item that was just for him." You try this at say 5 other stores and every single one shoots you down, at some point you are going to break. Now take that story I shared and just imagine if that was how buying and shopping work.
