actually i'm pretty sure that they bleach their food when its thrown out. this is to prevent people from hanging around at the back. making fake orders then waiting till they have to dispose of the pizza and getting a free meal. you can also sue if you get sick from eating in someones/ a companies trash so that's another reason they bleach the food.

If they don't bleach it they usually dump a shit ton of salt on it. has the same effect.
