Why am I always so fucking ITCHY??

Like bugs under my skin all the time. My skin looks fine, like no rash or eczema... It's like underneath my skin.

I don't know if I should go to my doctor for it because it's fucking weird and she'll probably look at me like I'm in wheelchair if I go in for this.
