We are all a tiny, random sliver of an incomprehensibly huge infinity. We are also infinitely huge beings that exist in all planes that have no clear end or beginning. Existing in a mishmash of meaningless physical laws.

we live in absolute chaos and order, all part of an insane infinite expanse

We're in the third dimensional spacetime dimension. There are other higher dimensions that have the means to see what is going on in thus dimension.

When these higher beings look down at us (meaningless term when there is no space or direction but you know what I mean) it is the equivalent of a human surveying the bottom of a scummy pond.

Every person knows of higher dimensions, some refuse to accept the truth because they can't handle it.
