Diets that leave you hungry are mostly unsustainable unless you have extremely impressive willpowers. Incorporate more leafy green vegetables, like spinach, with high nutritional value and low caloric density into your diet.

Eat a ton of vegetables for hunger pains
Fruit makes me hungrier so avoid that I guess
I eat a big bowl of oatmeal when I get up, with cinnamon apples and dates. keeps me full for a good 3-4 hours
start including quinoa, brown rice, and potatoes into your meals, especially potatoes. even just one smallish potato can fight off hunger pangs pretty well for me
but actually fucking eat, except healthful foods, or you won't last long
this has been working for me for 2 months now, I've lost 20 pounds
>Scales say I lost 11 pounds over the course of 2 months
>Still have a gut
>Can't tell I lost a single pound of weight
>Mom says she can tell I've lost weight
I guess I need to do ab exercises or something if I want the gut/belly fat to shrink. All I do is cardio like jogging on the treadmill, if I did actually weighted exercises it might be better. Can I just buy a pair of dumbbells and lift them at home? Or is that not good enough? Figured if I did a certain amount of reps each day I'd gain muscle.
