some girls don't because they want to do the whole ~liberated woman~ thing which i know is a cause for massive rage here

some girls don't because their boobs are so small it makes no real difference. this depends largely on the top you're wearing in my experience

some girls don't because they think bras are bad for your boobs/posture/something or hurt or some other vaguely medical reason. you also see this when girls get their nipples pierced and don't wear a bra for a little bit afterward--in some cases this is to show off your piercing but in other cases its because your shit hurts and you don't need a bra cup rubbing against a fresh piercing

Mostly because they're lazy/trailer trash and don't have a lot of self respect, so they just walk around without a bra on.
