I went to bed at 21:30 yesterday, turned off every screen two hours beforehand, popped a sleeping pill and I still managed to stay awake untill 23:00

Yes, I've been staying up for 30~ hours every other day to reset my sleep schedule and as a result I'm constantly tired and sleep for 10-12 hours.

I can sleep 12 hours and still wake up dead tired. And yes, Ive tried all the meme advice already. I workout like crazy, get plenty of sun, always tinkering with ny diet to see if that can help, nothing works. Ive been tired and groggy since I can remember pretty much.

I was only taking to not get sick every few hours the last few weeks. I've been on and off for the last year with some bouts of WD being worse than others.
