here's my experience after 2 weeks of nofap:

better skin, less oily, seborrhoic eczema gone (I had it around my nose, under my eyes, on my eyebrows). not mastrubating downregulates sebum production for me so the result makes sense.

better body odor. stink pretty badly after 'batin however on nofap it changes to a pleasant light black tea aroma. very suprising. i guess that might make others react more positively to you?

more outgout, less spergy, less stuttering overall. more energy. need way less sleep. lifts went up, mindfog gone.

from the feedbackof others on this topic i guess not everyone will respon favourably or at all. it worked for me.
