A chastity cage won't make you shorter, but it can't be comfortable or good for your health.

Just ban porn. If you use windows, create an admin account, then a user account. Impose family settings. Remove all browsers but one - Firefox. Install Leechblock addon. Ban porn keywords and porn websites. If you still have trouble, ban everything except a select number of sites that are porn-free. Set a password, write the password on a piece of paper, put it away somewhere which will require some degree of real effort to get to (this is to prevent you falling victim to sudden urges, which will arise).

Now it's hard to view porn.

Additionally you could install a program called NegativeScreen and use Windows schedule to set it up during hours where you might be most tempted to go to porn. The program can change the screen to black and white, which will reduce the ability of seeing porn to 'trigger' you, because the colouring of the imagery (skin, etc) are major factors of arousal.
