Do you suffer from insomnia?
Sort of, but only because I get so worked up about having to go to work every fucking day.
I hope I die soon. seriously. please just kill me god.
Yes, but I've been falling asleep consistently around 2:00AM every night for the past two weeks, so it's not so bad.
Here are some techniques I have tried to get my sleeping pattern back in order:
>Hard reset
Stay awake until the time you think you should be waking up, then eat breakfast and have a nap. This can fail if your nap runs for more than two hours. 45 minutes is the ideal duration. Go to bed at a reasonable hour.
>Tire yourself out
Go out and exercise. Do things that require brainpower. Go to bed at a reasonable hour.This only worked for me once.
>Endurance test
Stay awake until a reasonable bed time the next night. Effective, but not recommended as the exhaustion can lead to brain damage.
