Part-time work is how we evolved to live. Hunter-gatherers are estimated to have spent ~4 hours per day hunting and gathering, leaving the rest of the day for recreation, cultural and personal development, cooking, dancing, exploring, fucking, etc. Modern life present a false dichotomy: be a slave, or be nothing. These two extremes are both horrible ways to live, both unfit for a prosperous human life.

Wagecucks
> too tired and stressed to enjoy life

NEETs
> too poor and neurotic* to enjoy life

Part-timers
> Less stress and more free time and energy than wagecucks
> More money and less neuroticism* than NEETs

You don't have to work bottom-tier jobs either. Plenty of industries will hire you part-time if you've got skills to offer. I make $20/hour doing drafting work.

*Neuroticism is one of the Big Five higher-order personality traits in the study of psychology. Individuals who score high on neuroticism are more likely than average to be moody and to experience such feelings as anxiety, worry, fear, anger, frustration, envy, jealousy, guilt, depressed mood, and loneliness.

True, because material status is purchased with misery.

Status anxiety and inertia are the engines behind our collective madness.

I use AutoCAD it's technical drawing software. It looks like pic attached. You can quickly get certification from any number of little schools. I started at $12/hour and worked up to $20/hour over a few years of full time work. Now I'm working part time.

You're getting robbed. Change jobs, get new training if necessary.
