Finally, about the race thing. Let me be real clear:
Biological differences between races exist, and some races are better at things than others. It is a simple fact that people from middle-african origin tend to have a slimmer body and better stamina due to higher red cell concentration in the blood for example.
Does that make a race superior to one another? Of course not, it would be like saying that a spoon is better than a fork because it is more fit to drink soup. These biological factors are present, bu can mostly be overridden by epi-genetics, way of life, education and physical training.

Whites are a good race, asians too and there's obviously a difference between a white and an Abo, and there's races that's bad statistically in terms of intelligence and success.

They hire within their race, control the money and promotes degeneracy.

From an evolutionary standpoint, there's no "superior" variety of human. We've all been naturally selected for survival in different environments. Although that's mostly irrelevant now, unless the planet undergoes significant ecological changes in the future.
