Technically that is true,i found out you cant self diagnose autism yourself a couple weeks ago,i still scream and screech,also i like to cut myself,it doesnt even hurt anymore.

I do feel better sort of labeling things as they are. I kind of feel like an asshole to though. I've caught myself just unloading what I call reality on to other people, explaining to them that they should just get shit together and done rather than talk about things or whine.

The truth is it's healthy to talk about things, and share things. Even if they're just lingering things to do on a list you haven't gotten around to do.

The trick is not to get stuck in a loop of constantly labeling yourself shitty and accepting it. You won't hit rock bottom if you accept yourself wallowing in filth and self decay
