When was the last time you spent a day without a computer/smart device?
I've been on the computer every day for the past 10 years, for about 11 hours a day
And i wonder what a day without the computer would feel like. No constant refreshing of forums, watching youtube videos or stalking people. Might be good for my brain
Last week. I was too out of it to roll over and open my laptop or dig my phone from between my bed and wall.
Last year I trekked to mount Everest base camp. Was about 2 weeks without internet. Refreshing.

My computer broke down over one summer and I went suicidal

is it true you have to get in line now to go to the summit?
did you see anyone die?

I went to the base camp, not the summit. That's an easy trek anyone can do, no climbing involved. It's after the base camp that things get much harder, you need special permits, and need to plan several weeks of time to reach the top.
Haven't been without computer/phone in maybe 10 years. Not proud of it.
