Hey robots. I have a story for you. I work in a robot company.
Not those artificial things, no. By "robots" I mean people like us, the robots.
Let me start off by saying that there is only 2 chads of all ~35 people. Both of them take the leading positions. One of them is my boss, the other is my bosses boss.
We make casino games. Kind of casually. We make lots of them, mostly reskins or rip offs. I don't mind that actually, it gives me lots of cool experience as a software developer. And I also have a couple subordinates.
Let's move on to the tech support team. These are women, of course. Only women are dumb enough to be able to harmlessly talk to dumb people 9h/day.
Most of them are chubby (but not fat). Those who aren't usually have other problems - acne, meh face, etc. Overall, most of them look like an average fembot from your dreams.
Almost all of them (there's about 10 of them) can't socialize well. Whenever there is a meeting at the kitchen (e.g. somebody's birthday) they never go out, except for 1 of them. I call her "the transmitter". She always says that "some of them didn't want to come, some of them are scared of people". And whenever their community wants to congratulate somebody or anything, she is usually their representitive.
I've had a chance to see some of them at the kitchen, usually in the morning ("morning"). I usually say "hey" and they respond in a similar fasion. They never want to talk, always look grumpy and shy.

Speaking of our schedule. Everyone come to work at around 4pm, except for the tech support (they do shifts coz it has to be up 24/7). I come at around 11am and sit alone in the office for 2/3rds of my work time. Everyone else come kind of late, one of the chads (the higher one) comes at 8pm or so. Mostly because everyone procrastinate at nights and then physically can't wake up at 8am (to follow a regular schedule).
Almost all other people are very self-centric or very quiet/shy. That to be expected from "robots", obviously. Some people are kind of open and willing to help, but there's less than 2-3 of them or so. There are also some people with families here, they aren't exactly robots, but they are basically 17yo teenagers in 40yo bodies, for the most part.

My boss, despite being a chad, acts like a complete beta in front of the other chad (his boss). He turns on the "ass licking" mode whenever he steps into his office. Although it isn't required. The other chad is, although very persistent, is actually kind of approachable and friendly. However, outside his office, he acts like an alpha everywhere. He likes to be right, he waits approval from others and he tries to win all arguments.
Funny though, the owner of this company is a robot as well. He is fat and very shy. He tries to show his status and tries really hard to sound like an alpha (voice tone, speech habits, manners, other stuff) but he isn't. I've also caught him several times smoking in the restroom (not allowed, there's even a sign there), which only proves further that he has some severe insecurities.
Overall, I get paid very well (twice the average salary in my town), I have a very fluid schedule that I like, I can spend tons of time being completely alone, and I have a playfield for my psychological experiments on those spoiled "robots".
Have a nice day robots, just know that there's always a place like this somewhere. You can ask me anything if you want, I'll be around for a few hours.

Where do you work and how long have you been employed so far ?
Do you have a degree ?

I've been employed for about a year here. Total experience is about 5 years.
I have a college degree but nobody cares about it in software/game/web development. That's the last thing people look at.
