My "graduation" was last summer. I travelled by myself to a major city to meet a guy I barely knew from the internet and live in a hotel room with people I never talked to before. It was massive success, and one of the best times of my life - because I swallowed my anxiety and leapt outside my comfort zone.
Obviously I did much smaller things in the years before that, like try to patch things up with my family, clean up my physical appearance by washing better and lifting, and through both of those got a job and a place to live on my own.
