robots i need your help over some shit thats pissing me off
i used to work at wal mart for approximately 6 months and i went through work place hazing. my manager was rude to me several times, once a month for the 6 months i worked there, through eye contact, body language, and verbal harassment
i was too busy with life and school and other shit like doing drugs to report this until after i quit... i called the WM global ethics line, some HR bitch conducted an investigation and because i dont have "substantiated evidence" like specific dates or times they cant do anything.. i also believe he denied every instance of misconduct i reported
im thinking of going to the General manager that hired me tomorrow to tell them the entire story of what i experienced and ask if he will take any action.
any suggestions ?
