Stay still but reflect later on if it's constructive criticism

I take it badly and obsess over it. If I don't see progress in a week I quit whatever it was. If I can't quit it I drink.

But I'd recommend reminding yourself that their opinion isn't actually worth shit.

I try to correct myself if I can. If not, I try to work around. Unfortunately, I've come to find that much of the criticism I get conflicts with other criticism from other people.

I have to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs then you can criticize me all you want cause I'll be carefree
