How do you handle and deal with your depression?

I don't, it pretty much runs/ruins my life.

I get high and eat junk food while listening to music and playing video games.

It's a depressing existence. No matter how awful my life is, knowing that I can get comfy for a little bit gives me a reason to stay alive.
