Why dont you want to see a doctor about it? If yo genuinely have bipolar disorder there are treatments for it. Pretty simple ones too. You can start with mood stabilizers and anti depressants then move onto congnitive therapy. The therapy part is usual but id highly suggest trying some medication.

Maybe google a bit about kratom if none of the above stuff sounds interesting to you. Its helped me a shit ton. Along with various anti depressants and stabilizers.

When studying at the local university I left assignments unfinished in three courses and thus never completed my master of science.
