I watched 2 episodes of that.
I knew after the first the entire plot and how the whole story would go. I actually have sisters so seeing a sister being a piece of shit just irritated me.

The anime is very well done, but it's not as full on as the LN
The anime isn't as explicit about the drug use, and it plays up a lot of things for laughs. The scene where Sato fills up his hard drive with CP is also heavily toned down.

It's still worth a watch though. There's some really good music in this show.
