You know what you need to do. Godspeed, Anon.

drink some whiskey, listen to nostalgic music, start writing things down to try to force logical thoughts/stay on a singular path, light some candles, wear your comfiest clothes, drink tea or coffee, try to discipline your mind to not fall in to destructive thought patterns, meditate, etc

>tfw you're waiting for the manic insight but it's not coming and you don't know what to do
Let's trade OP I am so painfully normal feeling
I feel like I'm slowly boiling in a crock pot. It's a barely noticeable sensation yet I know it's happening all the same.

Regret induced insanity go.

Holy shit this.
Been bothering me all day, got so bad I broke my diet and fucking binged on cake, I felt so bad afterwards I purged it to get it out of my system again.
It's amazing how regret and feeling bad about mistakes can do so much more damage than the mistake itself.

I mutilated my face 11 years ago and break down crying over it every night.
But sure, I guess it's comparable.

Was it psychomotor agitation?
My "friends" all just kept saying my obvious schizofrenic symptoms were cool and laughed at me so i didnt even know i was a schizo until i recently got disgnosed with it. The meds really make life easier, get help its worth it.

Not that guy but I did something like that. Decided that slicing my face a little with a razor sounded like a rad idea during the height of some intense mania.
The cops stopped me the next day because I'm obviously a crazy person and made me go to a ward. The doctors there had some kind of topical creme to be used on cuts like those and the scarring is so faint today you can't tell unless you know where to look up close.
Strangely it never hurt.
