I forgot to post my "beard", which may affect your decision, although it's a beard in development.

Before I shave my developing beard, will it fuck up my future full beard if I shave it now?

Yes. Unless you can get a decent amount of facial hair (judging by the picture, you can't yet) there's no reason not to be clean-shaven.
