Wait... so people DO actually look each other in the eyes?

Yes, in fact it's a very important social trick if you're trying to make the person think you care about whatever shit they're talking about, so it's particularly important if you work as something like a shopkeeper.
It makes me legit physically tired, though.
girl's eyes are the best part of their body

I had this boss who made me so fucking uncomfortable, the way he would just stare into your eyes without blinking. Gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about it.

nice doubles pham

Depends. In my culture, unless you're really close with that person, making direct eye contact is disrespectful and intrusive. In more outgoing cultures like the US, consistent avoidance of eye contact is rude and holding that person in contempt.

well then how do you keep your stare on the other person's eyes and not feel awkward at the same time? it's just whenever I test myself I can keep the glance for about three seconds before I look away. It's so uncomfortable and I don't know how other people react to this, am too autistic to ask. On the other hand it would be even more autistic to actually ask about this shit.

You can't do that.
You just have to power through it. It'll feel uncomforatble and shit but you just go right through it and deal with it.
I usually have the feeling of burning eyes after about 30 min of face-to-face interaction, coupled with the whole body feeling tired asn if I hadj ust worked the fields for 10 hours straight.t rea
Perhaps it really is better to be a robot than to be a cybogrg.
Hahahaha amateurs! Just stare at the spot right between their eyebrows to produce the perfect illusion of eye contact.
You guys are just bad at being robots.
