We are the healthiest the way we live.

The ideal conditions for humans are attainable at this point and we are all doing it... if you are anything like me. I spend all day in the same room, sometimes for weeks I don't need to leave, there is a bathroom attached... My longest stint was about 4 months, I never left the room, and sometimes I didn't even know what time it was.

The point is, my body has been given a break and is running perfectly. I am at a healthy weight, 5'8" and 290 pounds, but exercise is not necessary. We are at the point in humanity where humans can live like this without straining their body and live longer than we ever have been able to with modern technology, nutrition, and medicine. I am only 25 but I feel as though I could live past 100 if I keep this lifestyle going. Many think you NEED to get exercise but it is no longer necessary with our modern advancements. Do not listen to normies who claim we must do everything they do.
