So tired all the time!

>always sleepy, low energy and tired
>been to doctor 3 times about this but they find nothing
>even taken blood tests but everything is normal
>keep being told I should just change my habits and lifestyle
>lifted for a year, gained some weight but nothing else changed
>joined the army but had to go after 6 weeks
>had 3 different jobs but end up leaving because I can't keep up
>always been a fairly healthy eater
>normal physical exercise everyday
>no drugs, no tobacco almost never drink alcohol or eat candy
>clean and hygienic
>been seeing a shrink for half a year now for help but she only says I'm depressed and gives me meds which is not helping
>still in procces of figuring out whats wrong with me
>don't really wanna tell anyone else about this problem because I always hear the same thing "you're just lazy" "go exercise" "smoke weed" etc.

It's getting so frustrating and I'm getting nowhere in life
I just want to do stuff, have a normal job, have the energy to pursue hobbies and make friends.
