My problem is I have too many skills, and too much desire to learn. Being a wagekek seriously hampers my style and freedom to learn and things I like.

Think about it. I go to work as brewmaster at some microbrewery and decide fuck this, I'm making something interesting. I call the tow truck to take all the cars in the parking lot to the dump and order lots of new equipment. Before I can even get the new building and equipment in place I'd be fired. They don't care that I'm wanting to create a new hybrid shaoxing-douple IPA, make soju using blue cheese mold instead of korean, or make oatmeal stout with koji'd oats instead of the normal mashing process. Even if they did let me they'd have to get approval, design labels, and market it. By that time I've long lost interest and have bankrupted them building a distillery and sourcing local ingredients to make an experimental gin.

The truth is society needs both mindless wageslaves who have no particular skills or curiosity to just do as they're told. They're the natural slaves and the foundation of a good society. Above the slave you need masters, these are idea men who are mainly interested in producing money or providing a service, usually both. At the top of society are the neets. We drive philosophy, art, and science. We lack the single ambition of the master and the tireless drive to toil of the slaves. Through our ingenuity we guide society as it trickles down to the masters who then direct the slaves.

I know my place and you know yours. I think we can all agree it's best if we stuck in our roles. You'd be lost, confused, and afraid if you tried to do mine. I'd be distracted and frustrated if I tried yours.
