Recently got into lifting and bought myself some dumbbells because I got tired of being a skeleton fuck. Feels pretty great to see the progress you're making tbqh. And since I have my own dumbbells that means I don't have to go to the gym with faggot Chads.

i try to do my push ups and sit ups every day. its better then nothing, but i don't want to go to the gym.

I only do cycling and once every fullmoon I go running. Once or twice a year try to do bodyweight exercises as well, but it is so boring that it doesn't last long. Maybe this year I'll find a way to get into rowing, as it seems very fun, but without joining some club.
