Stop oversleeping firstly. This will force your body back to a regular sleep cycle, 8 hours is a good target although you'll be fine with less. The problem is when you are sleeping 10+ hours a night, it's not good for your body.

Just wake up after 8 hours of proper sleep for a week and you'll feel less tired throughout the day, don't "sleep in", set your alarm for 8 hours after you go to bed.

And plus just monitor how you sleep. If you're having trouble getting to sleep at night take all distractions away from you.

Also try out ASMR. Go on the /r9k/ catalogue and Ctrl+F ASMR and find the thread, which is quite helpful for sleeping needs, really.
