Do you get along with your parents?

yes
they are very nice people.

Only because they support me financially, my mother is a whore and my father is an alcoholic and I can't stand being around them

I do but I wish I didn't. If they were horrible I wouldn't feel bad about dissappointing them, and then I would've also had the "bad childhood" excuse for my failures. Seriously I hate my parents for being so nice and kind.

Yes
Don't see my dad very often, since he works at another country. He is an...odd fellow but he's not actually a bad person. He's kinda cold

I get along extremely well with my father. He's my best friend in the world.
My mom I used to get along with extremely well, not quite as much any more due to her changing very much as a person over the years. During my teenage years when it was just me and my mom, we went through some very trying times financially, and that brought us closer together. After I stopped living with her at around 19, our relationship started deteriorating, but it's been improving lately after it hit a low point. After they got divorced, I don't appreciate how she takes any excuse to badmouth my dad, and she's become very depressed and bitter.
I don't appreciate my mom's efforts to constantly meddle in my life, though. I know she means well and she loves me and she'd do anything for me, but I don't like it at all. My dad lets me do as I please and helps me when he can, which is all that I really want.

Think about it this way: if your parents were shitty you'd be a loser AND have terrible parental figures who support you
