Diet soda is widely known to make you much larger then the average bear. Cut the soda all together. Drink water only. Eat tons of fruit/vegtables. If your too fat to exercise then go on long walks and cycle if possible. Just cut out all crap cheap fake sugars and processed foods. Or do cocaine everyday. I watched my mate turn into a skinny model from a balloon shaped egg. Models diet = cocaine and smoking
