there's just nothing you can do about these. I've been fighting them forever. all skin cleansers do fuck all. trying to squeeze them out just fucks up your skin, doesn't change how your nose looks at all, and then they just come back more aggravated.

I bet this would be fixed with apple cider vinegar. It's more acidic than any face wash so it sort of burns away imperfections as well as dead skin cells and leaves skin exfoliated. It's also antibacterial. Really clears up pores.

There's a certain small cosmetic tool designed exactly for their extraction. It has a small bent metal loop on one end that you press against your nose and it forces everything in the pores out gently. Shower afterwards and wash face thoroughly with soap. Repeat when needed.

Something too acidic (like undiluted acv) or too much of a base (pure baking soda) is DAMAGING your skin and will also very likely lead to breakouts if your acne prone. -first, get into the habit of washing your face morning and night.
-then, get into the habit of lightly massaging your face with a noncomedogenic (ie non acne-causing) oil (i use safflower, you can get it at any grocery store, or pick another 0-rated oil from this list beneficialbotanicals.com/facts-figures/comedogenic-rating.html ) before washing your face.
-then, get into the habit of following your face wash with a light bha exfoliant in the morning. 1% or 2% for daily use.
-if you really want to go to the next level, get into the habit of following your evening face wash with the application of a light aha exfoliant. but if you do this, you REALLY need to be using sunscreen regularly! aha makes your skin very sensitive to sunburn.

Have this exact kit, it doesn't do shit for sebaceous filaments, it's great for blackheads and spots though.
When they get bad enough I usually just end up scraping them with my nail and then pulling them out with tweezers.
Probably isn't doing any good for my skin but I fucking hate the feeling of touching my nose and feeling them all in there.
I've literally tried everything, exfoliating scrubs, face wipes, clay masks, AHA (chemical exfoliant) pads and they still won't budge.
I know pore strips definitely work but apparently they just open up your pores even more when they rip them out meaning they fill up with even more gunk than before.
