I spent years going out every weekend. It was horrible. Now I just stay indoors and try no to talk to anyone

I used to hang out like every day for 6 months but now I constantly have panic attacks when I think of going out with friends.

I do have some what of a social life, but I probably prefer a night in alone and drink, play viyda and shit post.

If I go outo, I preference the day. The night is just annoying and too much pressure

I haven't had any friends for a while. I go out to eat with my coworkers during our lunch break once a week though.
