Hello fellow bots. It seems it's impossible for me to sleep. I've been sleeping for only 3 hours the last 5 days. I feel like shit. I'm always tired, sleepy, but can't fucking sleep. And when I do sleep, I wake up 1 hour later.
Help, I want my life back.

Do you spend a lot of day time hours in your bedroom?
Do you eat properly?
Do you exercise?
Sleep distortions are 80% of the time a symptom of other things in your life not going well.
I fucked my sleeping schedule too anon.
Feels bad man

How? Nothing changed in my cycle. I was going to bed everyday at 2 AM, waking up at 11~. Then suddenly, one day, I just couldn't fucking sleep. I'm still going to bed at the same time, but now I wake up at 5 and can't sleep again.

Take an Ambien.
OP here.
How hard is it to get sleeping pills? I have an appointment this monday with a doctor. If I say I haven't been able to sleep properly the last few days, will they give me a prescription or something? What about for some anxiety pills? Do I need to see a psychiatrist for them?

As easy as going to Walmart and buying them. You don't need a doctor to get a sleep aid.
Drink yourself to sleep, works better than sleeping pills well atleast for me

I live in Brazil. It seems like only meme pills are sold without a prescription here.
But what about the anxiety meds? Is a psychiatrist necessary?
>>35278248
Anxiety medication is used to treat people with anxiety disorders so yes, you would need a doctor.
Are you sure there isn't a store in your area that sells Unisom or something? It's extremely effective and probably the most common sleep aid ever.
