I'm going to be playing but haven't played since the Perandus league, one year ago. Do you know of any good cheap, not-too-gear-dependant builds I can use for the start of this league?

Na, holding off on PoE till 3.0 because I don't want to get burned out when the big update comes.

Literally everyone is leveling as Flameblast totems.
Google "Pizza Sticks POE" for the build guide. It's basically like having vaal flameblast up all the time. It clears really quick because all you have to do is walk up to a pack and drop a totem and walk to the next pack.

I was recently thinking about playing it again cause my laptop broke down and my new one is a huge piece of shit. Unfortunately, I don't know if i really want to start from level 1 again (had a leevl 114 guardian but don't quite remember the details from 13 years ago). Are there still hacks being made for the game so I don't have to start with ass-shit nothing.

Was wondering about POE since I played it a little bit a couple years ago. Are the specs high? My comp is a huge piece of shit. and is it PvE or PvP oriented? I played a little bit of diablo 3 on my brother's comp.

It can be a laggy piece of shit sometimes but there's ways around it. You can edit the config file to essentially make POE look like runescape. There's also a technically illegal tool that you can use to remove effects if performance is concerning. I'm playing it on a macbook air right now.

The game is mostly PvE oriented.
