No it won't. Growing a moustache as a confident man will make you attractive but if you don't have confidence a moustache won't help you at all. Not always the case. A moustache can be the mark of a man. Commanding respect from men and adoration from women. It is a sign of power.

Girls like confidence. That doesn't mean thinking you're hot shit or whatever, it means not being afraid to do what the fuck you want, and not giving a fuck if it'll get you a gf. If you actually want a mustache for your own self-satisfaction, then growing one will make you seem more confident and yes, more appealing. If you just want one because you think girls like it, then no, it'll do jack shit.
