I can do it just fine. But, I can't do anything with the tip because it's too dry. So, it's much cleaner without all the lotion, but less stimulating. I'm not sure if everyone can stroke along the shaft as easily as I can but if you can, this is a good technique if you don't have all the freedom in the world to jack it whenever/wherever.
