The only friends I had always made fun of me for being "edgy". I didn't care when other people made fun of me but I did care when it was the only people that I was close to.

I was still miserable though and shy. I honestly dont know how i was able to go onstage. I think it was because my friends gave me confidence. We were just a group of outcasts who EVERYONE hated because we were obnoxious and "wierd." Also it never got me laid even though my friends did. Being in a band couldn't fix my tendency to spill sphagetti. The band is still together with a new name minus me since I went to uni a ways away. Haven't spoken to them in a couple years

I guess looking back on it it was all pretty fun. I really didnt like that my classmates would tell me that I looked like the kind of guy to shoot up a school though. And at the end of high school my friends got into drugs and other sketchy shit so I'm glad I distanced myself from them after high school
